First thing this morning was a little tough - I am feeling groggy. Hopefully it's due to getting used to less calories and not the flu!
Today looks like this:
Morning
- Spark and Catalyst supplements (go here to learn more)
- Fiber drink (from the Advocare Herbal cleanse)
- Meal Replacement Shake (it's a little cold to have a smoothie)
- Herbal Tea
- Apple
- Salad - I am going to bring home a Wendy's Chinese Chicken Salad. Use my own balsamic dressing and forgo the string crackers.
- Muscle Gain Protein shake
- Catalyst supplements
- Raw nuts pack - these are from Trader Joes
- Pork Chop - plain, done on the grill
- Brocolli
- Herbal Cleanse pill pack (right before bed)
