UPDATE: Wednesday Weight Watcher weigh in - one pound down today! Changing some things up with my diet (lunch time) and getting on that bike every day except Sunday for 30 to 45 minutes. Today our leader talked about Winning Outcomes. You need to know exactly what you are really working towards. What do you want to get out of your hard work to lose weight? Break it down into one or two sentances...
Make sure it's a positive statement (not what you don't want)
Specific - exactly how you see yourself at your weight goal
Within your control - not about changes other people will have to make
A good fit with your life - something that requires changes you'll really be able to make
Call it your winning outcome!
